Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using the Frontline Appliances website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Frontline Appliances provides appliance repair services and sells certified pre-owned appliances in the Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area. Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic coverage.
Diagnostic Fee
A $150 diagnostic fee is charged for all service calls. This fee covers a thorough inspection and diagnosis of your appliance. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the $150 diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the repair. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the repair.
Pricing
All repair pricing is flat-rate. A written estimate will be provided before any repair work begins. Prices are subject to change. Parts pricing may vary based on availability and supplier costs.
Warranty
All repairs performed by Frontline Appliances are covered by a 1-year parts and labor warranty from the date of repair. This warranty covers the specific parts replaced and the labor associated with the original repair. It does not cover new failures, unrelated issues, or damage caused by misuse. Pre-Owned Appliances
All pre-owned appliances are sold as described. Warranty terms for pre-owned appliances are specified on individual product listings. Frontline Appliances makes no representation that pre-owned appliances are free from all defects beyond what is disclosed.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service or at the time of purchase for pre-owned appliances. We accept all major credit cards through Square. Financing is available subject to credit approval.
Cancellations
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
Frontline Appliances' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
