Frontline showed up on time and were very professional and nice. They worked on my Kenmore Dryer and confirmed what I suspected which was that the repairs would cost more than replacing the machine. They had researched the machine prior to coming and brought a few replacement parts that might be needed which I thought was proactive and shows initiative. They were even careful when moving the machine and took care to make sure they didn’t scratch my new tile floor. I was very happy with their service and would call them again for any appliance repair.

I bought a used washer/dryer combo back in 2017 for a rental property.  It it worked great, and occasionally needed service over time.  Scheduling service was easy, and Frontline Appliances technicians have always been incredibly responsive and helpful with fixing issues.  Prices for purchases and repair work are extremely reasonable.  The owners have integrity and look for constructive solutions to challenges.  They have always had my best interests in mind.

I also like the fact that the business is veteran-owned.  The can-do attitude is refreshing and I wish more companies would show up the same way.

SCHEDULE SERVICE

Schedule your service visit and select the soonest available service time to get your appliance up and running; you can do this online or by calling us at 520-519-9903.

We'll gather as much information from you including your unit's model number & issue you're experiencing.

PAY SERVICE FEE

We'll collect an initial $150 service fee plus any applicable travel fees.

WHAT HAPPENS PRIOR TO SERVICE

RESEARCH

Once service fees are paid, our Techs get to work by researching your unit's schematics, tech sheets, and parts to ensure they arrive prepared & provide you with what we hope is a repair on the first visit.

PARTS

Parts that are readily available in our inventory or in town are gathered to ensure they are available at the time of service. Any parts that require shipping from out of town and will arrive prior to service are ordered.

You'll receive notifications for a narrowed one hour service window the night before.

 

On the day of service, you will receive a notification when your Technician is on their way.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT TIME OF SERVICE

At the time of service, your Tech will thoroughly diagnose your unit to ensure we are providing an accurate & effective repair.

REPORT & ESTIMATE

Before conducting any repair, your Tech will provide a detailed report and repair estimate: your prepaid service fees will be applied to the total cost of the repair. Your Technician will not proceed without your approval.

Repair

We provide a one year warranty on all parts & labor relative to your unit repair. We will get it right or your money back!
