We collect an upfront service fee shown on our booking page or as disclosed over the phone plus any applicable travel fees.
WHAT HAPPENS PRIOR TO SERVICE
RESEARCH
Once service fees are paid, our Techs get to work by researching your unit's schematics, tech sheets, and parts to ensure they arrive prepared & provide you with what we hope is a repair on the first visit.
PARTS
Parts that are readily available in our inventory are gathered to ensure they are available at the time of service.
narrowed service window & eta notification
You'll receive notifications for a narrowed one hour service window the night before.
On the day of service, you will receive a notification when your Technician is on their way.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT TIME OF SERVICE

At the time of service, your Tech will thoroughly diagnose your unit to ensure we are providing an accurate & effective repair.
REPORT & ESTIMATE
Before conducting any repair, your Tech will provide a detailed report and repair estimate: your prepaid service fees will be applied to the total cost of the repair. Your Technician will not proceed without your approval.
Repair
We provide a one year warranty on all parts & labor relative to your unit repair. We will get it right or your money back!
